RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your House of Dominique purchase.
Ready-to-wear items: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Pre-order, made-to-order and personalised items: These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are specially prepared for the client.
Items that have been worn, altered, washed, damaged, or show signs of use will not be accepted for return.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

PRE-ORDERS
Please allow 5–10 working days for your piece to be crafted before dispatch or collection.
READY-TO-WEAR
Ready-to-wear orders are prepared for dispatch or collection within 2–3 working days, subject to payment confirmation.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required to confirm and secure your order. For pre-orders, production will only commence once payment has been received and confirmed.
DELIVERY
Delivery fees are calculated according to your location and are payable by the client. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the courier service and destination.
COLLECTION
Clients opting for collection will be notified once their order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving for collection.
